1 - As law enforcement, there is a huge difference between an arrestable offense and a killable offense, here are a few examples...
Killable Offense: Any crime/action that puts the lives of you or your fellow officers/citizens at risk, or a crime where the perpetrator refuses to listen to orders that would put the lives of you or your fellow officers/citizens at risk.
Arrestable Offense: Any crime where you and your fellow officers/citizens are not in immediate risk for example verbal assault, unarmed robbery or a car jacking.
2 - As a Law Enforcement officer (SWAT, Police Officer, FBI etc.), you must advert raid with a valid search reason from the mayor to check a base for illegal possessions.
3 - The following types of laws are not allowed.
Laws that involve KOS punishments.
Laws that put a group or person above the law.
Laws that make an individual/group/gang AOS.
Laws that demand people pay money.
Laws that inhibit the aspect of normal roleplay.
4 - Lockdowns must be adverted and can only last for a maximum of fifteen minutes with a cooldown of thirty minutes.
5 - Law Enforcement are not allowed to randomly taze players without reason, this would be considered as RDM.
6 - The mayor's office is automatically KOS to anyone that is not the Mayor, Mayor's Wife or Secret Service. (Must make a PD KOS sign if you want Police, SWAT, FBI & CTSFO to be KOS)
7 - The killing of players inside a jail cell is strictly prohibited
8 - RDA (Random Arrest) is when you arrest someone for no valid reason, this is strictly prohibited.
9 - As Law Enforcement, you are only allowed to base in and around the police department building.
10 - Police must immediately identify themselves (MRPD) when arriving on a scene and attempt verbal communication before firing their weapon.
11 - As Law Enforcement, you are able to /warrant only when...
There is valid, reasonable suspicion that the base you are warranting contains illegal items (ex. you hear printers, you see meth appliances, etc.)
You receive a testimony and evidence from another player of illegal items in a property.
Warranting for any other reason will be classed as FailRP.
