Basing
Location
1 - You can not build in an area that restricts access to an NPC or job entity.
2 - You can not build in an area that restricts the players movement around the map for example..
Pavements
Tunnels
Roads
Country Dirt Roads
3 - A base can only be one structure in one location of the map.
4 - To "own" a pre-existing structure, you must purchase the building from the Real Estate Agent located inside the bank.
5 - Jobs with door ownership can only base in the building with their respective door ownership.
Entryway
1 - A base/structure can only have a maximum of four keypad doors to get in or out.
2 - Each keypad door must have a Hold Length of five seconds minimum, with no Initial Delay.
3 - The use of keypads and buttons to disorient or throw off a raider is not allowed.
4 - Maze Base Designs are Not Allowed (Bases/structures with long pathways that use the time it takes to get from door to door as the main defence).
5 - Opening fading doors using keybinds is not allowed. Keypads must be used for fading doors at all times.
6 - The space between 1 keypad door and another must be able to fit 1 "cube025x3x025" or 2 people.
Blackout/Texturized/Invisible Base Designs that impede a raiders ability to enter are Not Allowed.
7 - Blackout/Texturized/Invisible Base Designs that impede a raiders ability to enter are strictly prohibited.
8 - Base Designs that require a raider to crouch/jump at any point to enter the base are strictly prohibited.
9. Base Designs that make use of underwater segments are strictly prohibited.
10. Base Designs that make use of drop boxes are not allowed.
11. Pixel Perfect entryway are Not Allowed (making use of precision tool to make it extremely difficult for a raider to enter).
Windows
1 - A base must be designed in a way where both parties can see and engage in combat with one another during a raid.
2 - All buttons used to open shooting blinds in a base must be binded to one key.
3 - All buttons used to open fading doored props must be put on toggle mode.
4 - World Glow Glitch props are allowed, but they are not allowed to be shot through during a raid.
5 - Shooting blinds are allotted a minimum width/height size of 1 "cube05x05x05" prop.
6 - Kill Box Base designs are strictly prohibited.
7 - Bases that make use of Angled Shooting Blinds are strictly prohibited.
8 - The use of No-Collided Props in a base design is strictly prohibited.
Signs & Text Screens
1 - Sign/TextScreen Types
KOS (Used to display that entering the area is Kill on Sight)
Building (Used to display that there is no raidable items inside and that the base is still in the building phase and no raiding can take place)
RP Build (Used to display that this base is strictly for serious RP purposes and has no raidable items inside, these bases can not be raided)
2 - Signs/TextScreens must be in a visible colour and can not be blended into the background.
3 - Signs/TextScreens must be easily visible at the entrance of the base/structure.
4 - You can only have one type of building Sign/TextScreen present at one time.
5 - KOS, Building & RP Build signs must be at least size 35 or above.
6 - KOS signs must be specific but can not be something like..

7 - Prohibited terms

8 - If you have an RP Build Sign/TextScreen, this means you are not participating in any activities that can get you raided. Only the Hitman Job can raid your base if they have a hit.
9 - In order to be part of/defend a base, you must have your name on the front door, or visible in the base signage. Signs/TextScreens must be at least a size of 35 or above.
